The Quick Actions Menu empowers you to rapidly modify key feedback attributes, including:

  • Feedback Status: Instantly update an item from "New" to "In Progress," "Resolved," or "Archived." Keep your team and stakeholders informed with real-time status changes.
  • Priority Level: Quickly adjust the urgency of an item, flagging it as "High," "Medium," or "Low" to ensure critical tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Associated Tags: Add or remove relevant tags on the fly, improving organization and making it easier to filter and find specific types of feedback later.
  • Category: Reassign feedback to a different category if its scope changes or if it was initially miscategorized, ensuring better structural integrity of your feedback board.
